While A.A. is not affiliated with any form of alcoholism treatment. Our members do hold A.A. meetings in some area addiction treatment facilities. These meetings are essential in carrying the A.A. message into treatment settings where the suffering alcoholic may be introduced to A.A. for the first time.
It is recommended that the meeting chair has a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety. If you are interested in volunteering, please see your Group Service Representative (GSR).
