COLLECT, PROTECT, STORE MATERIALS TO HELP CARRY THE MESSAGE

Keep Records of:

1. Group Histories in the District
2. Longtimer’s Stories/Testimonials of their Service and Experiences
3. District Activities
   a. District Minutes
   b. District Reports to Area 83
   c. Information and Posters etc. of Round-Ups/Conferences
4. Keep and Protect any Donated items or material relevant to District, Area or AA Books (etc.)
5. Use Materials to Educate Members and General Public by Displays, Research materials for
   Historical Study (Protecting Anonymity)
